What is BiteDrop?
BiteDrop is a global-snack vending experience that lets you discover snacks from countries and collections around the world, all from a single machine.
Where can I find BiteDrop?
BiteDrop machines are currently launching in the Reno area, with more locations planned as the program grows.
What kinds of snacks does BiteDrop carry?
BiteDrop features collections from the USA, Japan, and Mexico, along with a rotating Country of the Month, our Passport selection, and a Hall of Fame of community favorites. The assortment can change over time, so there's always something new to find.
Do all BiteDrop machines have the same products?
No. Each machine's assortment can vary by location and may change over time, so the exact snacks available at any given machine may differ from what's shown on this website.
Can I buy products from the website?
Not yet. For now, BiteDrop purchases happen directly at the machine. This website is here to help you explore collections and learn about snacks before you shop in person.
How often do products change?
Product rotation varies by machine and collection. We refresh assortments like the Country of the Month from time to time to keep things interesting, though we don't follow a fixed schedule.
What is Country of the Month?
Country of the Month is a rotating collection that spotlights snacks from a different country, giving you a new region to explore on a regular basis.
What is Passport?
Passport is BiteDrop's collection built around global discovery, a curated set of snacks from around the world for the curious explorer. It's a concept we plan to build on further as BiteDrop grows.
What is the Hall of Fame?
The Hall of Fame is where BiteDrop's community favorites will earn a permanent spot over time. It's just getting started, so check back as favorites are chosen.
How do I report a problem with a machine or product?
